Theresa Fucito

Theresa Fucito is the Director of Content Operations for AIP Publishing. She has more than 26 years of experience in journal publishing and leading a team of publishing professionals.

In her role, she oversees day-to-day publishing operations and partners closely with internal stakeholders, Editorial Development, and Peer Review Management to support long-term strategic growth. She plays a key role in advancing researcher experience across the publishing lifecycle—bridging editorial strategy with operational execution and integrating new platform tools to improve workflow, author engagement, and research integrity.

Her work also includes ongoing collaboration with publishing partners to support innovation and strengthen quality across AIP Publishing’s portfolio.
