• Afternoon break – E.g.: biscuits, cookies, snacks, coffee, tea, etc.
• Drinks reception – Includes refreshments and nibbles
• Audio-visual – Includes projections, screen, microphones, sound, lighting
• Podium signage – Logo signage on the lectern/podium
• Seat attendee promotion is exclusive to one sponsor– This allows the sponsor to place one piece of collateral on each seat at the event.
• STM supporter includes a sponsor table – Provides an opportunity to have a table all day to promote your business or brand (not in the catering area if we already have sponsors for our catering) 
• Branded Wi-Fi for all attendees at the conference
• Non-standard collateral – sponsors who wish to distribute branded items – Details upon request
