Jo Lacey

Jo has worked in environmental sustainability for over 20yrs, joining Sage in Feb 2023 to lead the development and implementation of their global sustainability strategy and net zero roadmap.

Jo started her career at a UK government funded organisation leading large UK-wide energy efficiency and renewable projects before moving to a variety of positions, including running her own environmental consultancy and more recently at The Francis Crick and Cancer Research UK where she developed strategies and environmental programmes across energy efficiency in buildings, plastics, and events as well as management of sustainable procurement and ethical supply chain processes.

Jo is passionate about finding solutions to the challenges Climate Change presents and believes working in partnerships accelerates the development of innovative and pragmatic approaches that will help us create sustainable and ethical businesses for the future.
