Artificial intelligence is evolving rapidly, and the constant conversation around it can leave early-career professionals feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or behind.  This webinar aims to cut through the hype by demystifying how AI is actually being used today, how it is reshaping the labor market (especially entry‑level roles), and what this means for career development and job searching.

We’ll explore practical questions such as how to evaluate and sense‑check AI outputs when you’re new, how to write better prompts, and how to use AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency without over‑reliance.  The session will also address the emotional side of AI adoption, imposter syndrome, burnout, and anxiety about career direction, and help participants identify useful, future‑ready skills that remain valuable in an AI‑shaped workplace.

Cancellation

Where an event has registration fees, cancellations made in writing up to 30 days before an event are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds can be made for cancellations received on or after 30 days prior to the event date, however, substitutions may be made free of charge at any time.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance to cover travel, accommodation, cancellation and personal effects.
