Zhang Tieming

ZHANG Tieming, editor in chief, Journal Publishing Department of Beijing Forestry University; President of Society of China University Journals; Vice president of China Journal Association; Member of the 8th Science and Technology Commission under the Ministry of Education，P.R. CHINA.

ZHANG has nearly 20 years’ experience in the editing and publishing of scientific journals. He has led a number of research projects for the Chinese Association for Science and Technology (CAST), Beijing Municipal Education Commission, and Department of Science，Technology and Information, Ministry of Education. As a team member of the CAST and STM program, he and his domestic and international colleges complied the joint Report Open Access Publishing in China (2022). He also participated in consultation and research programs on the development and reform of China’s scientific journals.
