Leading the Asia-Pacific marketing team for Wiley’s STM (i.e. Global Research) Customer, Channel and Community division. A major part of my team’s focus is on building relationships with our customers and users within these markets and matching them with Wiley’s broad spectrum of content and information services for institutions, corporations and government-linked organizations.

Our KPIs are digital usage of content, discoverability; increase authorship from the research communities within APAC.

A large part of our focus today is educating and helping our users and customers around the world to adapt to the digital transformation of research communication.
