Rahul Arora currently serves as the Chairman and CEO of MPS Limited. Since joining the company in 2012, he has led MPS’s transformation from an India-based content services provider into a global leader in learning and platform solutions. Today, MPS employs over 3,000 professionals and serves clients across more than 50 countries.

Rahul Arora initially joined MPS as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), focusing on expanding into new markets. He was later assigned to the U.S. to oversee international acquisitions. Over the past 12 years, he has successfully executed 10 strategic acquisitions, significantly enhancing MPS’s global footprint and service capabilities. His career has been defined by innovation, content development, and a commitment to driving sustainable growth.

Rahul Arora holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Babson College, a postgraduate degree from the Indian School of Business (ISB), and has completed executive education and entrepreneurship programs at the Wharton School and Harvard Business School
