Rachel Scheer

Rachel Scheer is External Communications Director, Academia & Government at Clarivate, a leading global provider of transformative intelligence. At Clarivate, she is responsible for delivering the global communications strategy for leading research, education and library solutions, including Web of Science™, ProQuest™, Ex Libris™ and Innovative™.

Prior to joining Clarivate, Rachel worked for Springer Nature as Head of Communications, USA where she helped create the Science on the Hill event series which connects experts in the scientific community directly with lawmakers on Capitol Hill and oversaw the communication strategy for Scientific American. Prior to that she worked for National Geographic Adventure as an Assistant Editor.
