Peter Katz
Peter Katz is currently VP, Customer Lifecycle Solutions Support. In this role, he leads the development and implementation of strategies for pre- and post-purchase customer experience improvement programs. He is also responsible for working with Elsevier’s customers to identify and mitigate content theft.
He joined Elsevier in 1999, and previously held a number of sales, marketing and customer service leadership positions. His publishing career started in 1978 at Human Sciences Press; Katz subsequently held positions at Academic Press, Thomson, Standard & Poor’s and John Wiley & Sons.
