Morgen Peck

Morgen Peck discovered Bitcoin in 2011 and has been writing about it ever since.

Her 2012 piece, The Cryptoanarchists' Answer to Cash, in IEEE Spectrum Magazine, provided general audiences with the first comprehensive explanation of how the Bitcoin protocol works and traced the intersection of diverse communities that inspired its early adoption.

As the term "blockchain" has slithered into popular discourse, Morgen has endeavored to cut through the hype and continue to educate her readers about the fundamentals of the technology, such that they may judge for themselves where and how this powerful, new tool might be applied.

You can find more of her work at American Banker, Scientific American, and Backchannel.
