Kim Eggleton is Head of Peer Review and Research Integrity at Institute of Physics Publishing. With over 20 years of experience in academic publishing, she leads teams responsible for safeguarding research integrity, strengthening peer review, and improving publishing operations.
Her work spans policy development, risk management, AI and emerging technologies, and organisational change.
Kim has served on the Council of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), and she is passionate about developing practical, scalable solutions to the complex challenges facing academic publishing today.
