José de Buerba
José de Buerba is Head of Business Intelligence and Digital Governance at the World Bank’s Communications Vice-Presidency.
He focuses on measuring the impact of the World Bank communication’s activities by performing research, developing insights and providing recommendations. He is the Chair of the Non-Profit Group and International Board Member for AMEC (The International Association for the Measurement and Evaluation of Communications).
Previously, José was Marketing Manager at World Bank Publishing where we worked to disseminate globally, and increase the impact of, the institution’s research outputs.
Prior to joining the World Bank he was Deputy Managing Director at Mundi-Prensa Libros, an international publishing house based in Spain. He is a graduate in Economics from Universidad Carlos III in Madrid and studied at the European School of Brussels.
