Diane Needham

Diane Needham is a Journals Editing Manager for the American Chemical Society Journals Publishing Group. She has worked for the ACS for 25 years. She is responsible for managing a subset of the scientific technical editors and developing and managing innovative production processes to produce the ACS journals in a cost-effective and time-efficient manner without compromising quality. She was business leader for the effort to create a fully automated (zero human intervention) page composition environment that has significantly reduced both composition costs and time to publication for ACS journals.
