Damian Bird

Damian Bird is Publishing Director at CABI, overseeing the development and growth of the publishing programme in support of CABI’s mission to share knowledge to improve lives worldwide. This includes a particular emphasis on the use of evidence and data to increase impact in regions and markets that need it most.

Damian has been at CABI since 2019 and previously held various operations and sales roles over 18 years at Oxford University Press. He has a degree in Biochemistry from Newcastle University.
