Anne Ruimy

Anne Ruimy has a Ph.D. in Ecology and 15 years of experience in the publishing industry, specializing in open access and open science.

She joined EDP Sciences in 2018 as senior publisher, responsible for the development of a portfolio of journals in physics and mathematics. She manages a mix of hybrid journals, native OA journals, and journals transitioning to open access.

She has led the transition of 6 mathematics journals and an astronomy journal to open access under the Subscribe to Open model.

Finally, she coordinates a program of science publishing masterclasses, training Ph.D. students and young researchers in all aspects of scientific writing, reviewing, and publishing.
