Adam Snook

Adam Snook is an experienced technical consultant at OpenAthens and specialises in technical implementation and onboarding new customers.

Adam uses his knowledge and experience to train and support internal staff, partner technical teams, and customers. As part of the sales and onboarding process, he works with customer IT and library teams to gather their requirements, problem-solve any technical issues and create tailored solutions. This often includes helping IT and network teams configure their own third-party products such as Azure, G-suite, and Okta.

Adam’s knowledge and expertise extends to contributions to industry working groups to help solve common challenges around federated single sign-on and improve user experience.

Adam was an active member of the SeamlessAccess working group on challenges around Where Are You From (WAYF) services. Adam often represents OpenAthens at local and international events to promote the benefits of federated single sign-on to the wider community.
