Join us as we kick off the first day of the STM Innovation & Integrity Days with our annual Innovator Fair. Here, you meet the industry’s top innovators and trailblazers as they present their latest breakthroughs: the technologies and concepts that are transforming the ways we advance trusted research. This inspired event is a strong way to wrap up 2024, and to seed ideas for a bold new year ahead.

  • Karger Vesalius Innovation Awards: At the conclusion of the day, experience the high-standing Vesalius Innovation Award ceremony that celebrates outstanding advancements and innovations in medicine and scholarly communications  from young entrepreneurs and start-ups.

Cancellation

Where an event has registration fees, cancellations made in writing up to 30 days before an event are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds can be made for cancellations received on or after 30 days prior to the event date, however, substitutions may be made free of charge at any time.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance to cover travel, accommodation, cancellation and personal effects.
