Ruth Francis

Ruth Francis is a manager of policy and external relations at Springer Nature. Previously she headed up communications for open access and UK publishing at Springer Science + Business Media, and worked at Nature Publishing Group, where she lead a team that communicated research published in Nature and other NPG journals to mainstream media around the world. Before her career in publishing, Ruth promoted the research from King’s College London and at Cancer Research UK. She has a BA Hons. in English from the University of Leeds.
