With things as they stand now in our world, we’ve made the decision to not hold our Annual Spring Conference on April 26 – 28 — and instead look to join together this October at our Autumn Conference and Dinner in Frankfurt. We know many are currently unable or unwilling to travel due to restrictions, budget reductions or other — we understand.
While we’re sad not to be seeing you next month, we’re excited about what’s ahead this fall. Our Autumn Conference and Dinner 2022 — our most-attended annual event that convenes publishers from across the globe — will be held on Tuesday 18th of October, the day before the start of the Frankfurt Bookfair, as usual. We had devised a robust Spring Programme that will transfer beautifully to this event.
We apologise if this shift inconveniences your plans in any way. Given all that we see around us today, this seems the appropriate solution.
Innovations Day will be replaced with 2 free webinars the launch of STM Trends 2026 and STM’s Collaboration Hub for Research Integrity Webinar so please do register.
Thank you for your understanding and please feel free to contact Jo Dinnage @ dinnage@stm-assoc.org directly with any questions.
Where an event has registration fees, cancellations made in writing up to 30 days before an event are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds can be made for cancellations received on or after 30 days prior to the event date, however, substitutions may be made free of charge at any time.
Registration fees do not include insurance. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance to cover travel, accommodation, cancellation and personal effects.
