Our aim is to build an environment of mutual respect, wellbeing, and collegiality for all STM activities. All participants in STM events or activities agree to respect the perspectives of others, to be courteous to others regardless of whether they agree or disagree with the views presented, and to avoid aggressive and/or inappropriate behavior towards others.
