Jasmine Wallace

Jasmine Wallace is the Peer Review Manager at the American Society for Microbiology.  She is responsible for ensuring peer review practices and policies are up-to-date and applied consistently across their journals.  

Jasmine obtained her master’s degree in Publishing from George Washington University. She later joined the staff at George Washington University as a Teaching Assistant, where she helps facilitate a course on Editing Books, Journals, and other Products. 

Jasmine currently serves as Co-Chair of the Professional Development Committee for the Council of Science Editors, where she helps to lead programs and services that foster the career growth of both local and global members.  She is the newest contributor for the Scholarly Kitchen.
