Calling publishers: submit your poster concepts on research integrity

Applications are now open for the Publishers’ Poster Session at Innovation & Integrity Days 2026. If you have compelling case studies, new insights, or innovative approaches to research integrity that you would like to share with your peers, we encourage you to submit a poster proposal.

Selected posters will be showcased throughout both event days. In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite poster, with an award presented to the most impactful submission during Research Integrity Day on 9 December.

How to participate

• Submit your poster concept using the form below by 14 October 2026.
• Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their submission by 1 November 2026.
• All presenters will be required to register to attend the conference.

Selection Criteria

STM will review submissions and select presenters based on the following criteria:

• Impact — potential reach and impact in advancing trusted research
• Adaptability — potential for the concept to be integrated by other academic publishers
• Novelty — we will prioritise concepts that are novel and not yet widely used.

Please note: STM will review submissions and will make selections based on its own discretion using the criteria above. Explanations are not owed to submitters.
