He is a global leader in content and technology solutions for the Research, Education, and Corporate Learning markets. Under his leadership, MPS has transformed from an India-based content service provider into a global organization with over 3,200 professionals across India, North America, Germany, Switzerland, UK, Australia, China, and Singapore. Joining MPS in 2012, he spearheaded its diversified development. He completed landmark acquisitions of HighWire Press, Tata Interactive Systems and Australia’s Liberate Group. The purchase of American Journal Experts in 2024 enabled MPS to enter the B2C sector and Chinese market. In February 2026, the acquisition of Unbound Medicine further expanded its footprint into AI-powered healthcare knowledge management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Babson College (2007), the Post Graduate Program in Management from the Indian School of Business (2011), the Advanced Management Program at Wharton (2017), and the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School (2023).
