Li Xin

He is an Associate Research Librarian and serves as the Deputy Director of the Data Resources Department, National Science Library, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is mainly responsible for the development of the scientific literature data resource guarantee system of the Chinese Academy of Sciences consortium. His research and professional scope covers the construction and management of scientific literature resources. He has presided over and participated in multiple national, academy-level and institutional research projects and key tasks. He possesses solid theoretical foundations and extensive practical experience in digital literature resource development and research program management. He keeps conducting in-depth research on the advancement of open science and open access, operational models of academic publishing markets, funding policies and mechanisms for open publishing, as well as open publishing transformation models. Currently, he serves as a member of the Executive Committee of the SCOAP3 for Open Access Publishing in High Energy Physics.
