Huang Qi

Huang Qi, Ph.D. in Engineering, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor, recipient of the Special Government Allowance of the State Council, and Director of the Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China (ISTIC). He has been elected as an IEEE Fellow and an IET Fellow, and was supported by the Program for New Century Excellent Talents in University of the Ministry of Education. He served as a member of the Expert Group for the 13th Five-Year Plan on Energy Science and Technology Innovation of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and is the Leader of the Clean Energy Expert Group under Sichuan Province’s “5+1” Modern Industrial System. He is also Chairman of the Chinese Association of Scientific and Technical Institutions. He has served as the General Chair of several high-level international conferences, including IEEE PES Innovative Smart Grid Technology and IEEE EI2.
