Gantulga Lkhagva

Gantulga Lkhagva is a prominent leader in Mongolia’s digital library and research infrastructure. He is also the Chairman of the Board at the Mongolian Libraries Consortium and the Founder and CEO of Mongolian Digital Knowledge Solutions LLC. Mr. Gantulga holds a degree from the School of Physics and Electronics at the National University of Mongolia and pursued advanced studies at the International Centre for Science and High Technology (ICS) of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) in Trieste, Italy. He has led numerous landmark open access and library projects, promoted Koha system application and the ratification of the Marrakech Treaty. As a license negotiation expert, he cooperates with major global publishers. Launched under his initiative, MongoliaJOL now hosts 31 journals indexed by Scopus, DOAJ and other databases. He has also co-authored four academic papers.
