CUSAP Survey of Repositories Results

In early 2024 we interviewed 30 community stakeholders, including university and subject repositories, DOI agencies, system providers. And in late 2024 we conducted an open survey of repositories, with 27 responses.

Highlights from the survey

• The survey validated the input we received from the interviews
• Some repositories prefer a minimal alert, and others a robust one
• Mixed responses concerning how to filter all the alerts to just the ones of each repository
• Alerts via email are ok, at least for the first version of the system
