Joyce Lorigan

Joyce Lorigan is a member of Springer Nature’s Executive Team, serving as Group Head of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability. She brings over 25 years of experience in communications and marketing, having held senior roles at global consumer brands including IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) and The Walt Disney Company, as well as in technology start-ups.

Joyce is a board member of STM (the International Association of Scientific, Technical and Medical Publishers), having previously chaired its Communications Committee. She also chaired the London-based business partnership Urban Partners for several years and currently serves as a trustee of the UK’s leading marine charity, the Marine Conservation Society.
