Monica Westin

Monica is Policy Director at Cambridge University Press, where she leads work on the Press’ policies related to open research, transparency, responsible research assessment, and other public policy positions.

She serves on the board of directors at NISO and COUNTER Metrics. Her career has spanned roles across UK and US research libraries, Google Scholar, and Google copyright policy.
