Violeta Ribarska is Head of Partners, Policy & Engagement at IOP Publishing, the publishing arm of the Institute of Physics in the UK.
Working at the intersection of scholarly publishing, research policy and community engagement, she leads a team that builds strategic partnerships with scientific societies worldwide and helps organisations navigate a rapidly changing research and policy environment.
Her team also leads IOPP’s Research Excellence programme, providing training and certification for reviewers and editors. Prior to IOPP, Violeta spent 15 years at Blackwell Publishing and Wiley, holding a range of partner publishing roles across various scientific disciplines.
