Hannah Heckner Swain

As Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Platforms, Hannah Heckner Swain is responsible for shaping and communicating the Silverchair Platform and ScholarOne Manuscripts product vision and roadmap.

She also manages the Silverchair Universe trusted partner program, inclusive of both Silverchair Platform and ScholarOne partnerships, in addition to other key external partnerships she collaborates with clients and prospects to ensure they’re taking full advantage of Silverchair’s partnerships and that Silverchair is keeping the needs of the client in mind while pursuing new partnership opportunities.

Hannah has worked within academic publishing for over 15 years and has experience with both commercial and non-profit publishing, is a past Member-at-Large of the Society for Scholarly Publishing Board of Directors (’22-’25) and a recipient of the 2019 SSP Emerging Leader award
