JOINLynsey Haire
Lynsey Haire is an independent scholarly publishing consultant specialising in peer review, research integrity operations and editorial processes. She works with publishers, societies and publishing service providers to improve workflows, operating models, technology and outsourced services.
Before becoming a consultant, Lynsey spent 16 years at Taylor & Francis, where she began leading peer review teams in 2009 and led peer review operations internationally from 2012 to 2023, ultimately as Global Director of Peer Review. She has served on strategic advisory committees for ScholarOne, Editorial Manager and CrossRef Similarity Check, and was an early member of the STM Integrity Hub committee. Her work focuses on designing practical, scalable approaches to complex editorial processes, balancing quality and integrity with efficiency and the experience of authors, reviewers and editors.
