Simon Sangseok Ha

Dr. Simon Sangseok Ha is a professor and currently serves as Chair of the Copyright and Compliance Committee at the Korea Institute for Humanities and Social Sciences (KIHSS). His work focuses on research, practice, and international cooperation in the areas of international regulatory frameworks and knowledge governance, with particular attention to WTO rules, cross-border business regulation, cross-jurisdictional infringement issues, international copyright governance, digital publishing operations, copyright compliance, and publishing ethics. As a professional engaged at the intersection of academic research, industry practice, and international exchange, Dr. Ha has continued to contribute to discussions and initiatives related to copyright governance, publishing compliance, and the digital transformation of publishing.
