Research Librarian at the National Science Library, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Secretary-General of STM Journal Society, Chinese Academy of Sciences, member of the China Editology Society of Science Periodicals (CESSP), and member of the China Periodical Association. Editorial Board Member of “Bulletin of Natuonal Natural Science Foundation of China “Acta Editologica” and “Chinese Journal of Scientific and Technical Periodicals”. Member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) Liu Xiaomin engages in research and practical work in areas such as citation databases, journal publishing, and scientific research integrity monitoring. Recipient of the Second and Third Prizes for Scientific and Technological Progress awarded by the Chinese Academy of Sciences. In the past five years, has led or participated in more than ten national and ministerial-level projects, published over 60 academic papers, and contributed to the compilation of several books.
