Xu Jie - STM Association

Xu Jie is a Professor at the School of Information Management, Wuhan University, serving as Director of the Department of Smart Publishing and Digital Culture and Deputy Director of Wuhan University Library. Her primary research focuses on Open Science, academic information communication, and information literacy. She works as a part-time researcher at CIBBER-Research Ltd. and has collaborated with the team on researching the information behavior of Early Career Researchers (ECR) since 2013. In 2023, she was appointed Open Science Ambassador by Wiley. In 2026, she was awarded the Outstanding Publisher Award at the 6th China Government Award for Publishing.
