Mr. Freddie Taylor has worked with IOP Publishing for 7 years. He began as an Associate Editor before progressing to the role of Editor.
He now heads an in-house journal team that processes newly submitted manuscripts and coordinates the peer review process across four journals. In his time at IOPP, he has worked primarily on journals covering biomaterials and environmental sciences. As part of this role, he has advocated for and helped develop best practices and training surrounding the image integrity checks carried out across IOPP journals. He carries out integrity checks on over 500 manuscripts each year.
