Liu Xiwen, Director of National Science Library, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Doctoral supervisor, Editor-in-Chief of Think Tank Theory and Practice, Editor-in-Chief of Scientific Observation, and Distinguished Professor of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. His current areas of expertise include scientific and technological strategic intelligence research, information policy research, competitive intelligence and technical competitive intelligence research, industrial technology strategy and regional innovation strategy research，and research and practices on open science.
