Marketing Operations Manager

We are currently looking for a collaborative and motivated Marketing Operations Manager to join our Marketing Communications team.
What you will be doing as a Marketing Operations Manager:
Key role accountabilities include:
- Provide direction on platform and marketing automation best practice and support the marketing teams to further develop their marketing automation maturity
- Lead our marketing automation campaign strategy, advising on builds, best practice, and segmentation to ensure campaigns meet process expectations and quality standards, and deliver an exceptional internal customer experience.
- Be a key member of the project team responsible for leading the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Work closely with internal teams including Project Management Marketing, IT and Legal to help facilitate the implementation and adoption of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Provide input into the development of the wider marketing data strategy and managing implementation of resultant roadmaps and associated actions
- Support the Head of Marketing Operations in the development and delivery of marketing technology and data strategies
For this you’ll need:
- Educated to degree or equivalent experience/education in marketing/email marketing
- Experience in using Pardot – working towards or having Pardot Consultant level certification
- Excellent GDPR knowledge and experience in working with consent frameworks and communications compliance
- Experience in using data access & management platforms at “super-user” level
- Experience in working within a data quality environment with complex data sets
- Experience in creating and delivering visually appealing database focussed dashboards/reports
- Experience in building and managing long-term stakeholder relationships
- Ability to deliver technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Solid line management experience
