Emily Poznanski

Since 2016, Emily Poznanski has been Manager Business Development for De Gruyter, focusing on the development of digitally native products and new business models for publishing. De Gruyter is an international, independent publisher headquartered in Berlin, which has published first-class scholarship for more than 260 years.

From 2011 to 2016, she was Product Manager, Open Access Books at De Gruyter Open developing what is now the largest independent source of open access books worldwide. Prior to that she was Assistant Product Manager at Versita working on the launch of around 100 new journals and the transition of titles from subscription to open access.

Emily also has experience working as a Data Analyst at Genting Stanley Casinos (London) during the launch of the company’s first internet branch and Studio Operator at Next (London) organizing large scale marketing campaigns. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from King’s College London, UK, and her interests lie in contemporary art and music.
